For over 14 years, the sea has been both my playground and my profession.
From the Mediterranean to the turquoise waters of the Bahamas, via the United Arab Emirates, I’ve had the privilege of captaining prestigious private and commercial yachts of up to 40 meters—each season an adventure of its own.
As a 500GT captain with a deep passion for technical matters, I’ve overseen the construction of five new yachts, including several Rivas, from the first sketches to the maiden voyage. I managed every detail, from technical specifications to regulatory paperwork.
Over the years, I’ve developed particular expertise in yachts from the Ferretti Group—Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, and Riva—both in construction and ongoing management and maintenance.
What these years at sea have truly taught me is that behind every yacht, there are human stories, dreams, and challenges.
With Sirenas Yachting, I now offer this experience to owners and professionals—not just as a service, but as a genuine and trustworthy partnership.

Born and raised in Naples, surrounded by the sea and the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, I developed a deep connection to the water from an early age. A passionate traveller and ocean enthusiast, I have always embraced life at sea — through boating, swimming, and scuba diving.
Professionally, I bring over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, including five years at an international level. My expertise spans company restructuring, leadership development, and recruitment at all level. Having lived in the UK for nearly a decade and being used to multicultural environments, I bring a global perspective and a genuine passion for working with people, making HR not just a career but a true vocation.
From an HR perspective, I can bring a fresh outlook to your yacht’s operations, advising on how to build stronger crew management and a better approach to human capital. I can support you with recruitment, ensure accurate payroll, and handle administrative responsibilities so you can focus fully on the guest experience.
